Township Board of Trustees Meetings
Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m., at 150 College St, West Farmington, OH 44491 (Senior Center) and notice of said Regular meetings will be posted on a conspicuous Township Bulletin Board or Sign provided for that purpose. Should legislation allow teleconferencing, an announcement will be made with the information.

- Farmington Township Trustees will hold a special meeting on Saturday January 18 at 8:30 am at the Fire Department to approve the final resolution on the .5 mil Cemetery Levy Renewal.
- The Farmington Township Trustee will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday March 4, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Senior Center for the purpose of the 2025 Appropriations and Contracting to have road material fine ground.
- The Trustees will hold a special meeting on April 30, 2025 at 6:00 PM for the purpose of interviewing Realtors, for the sale of the Third Street Lot, and to have a working session and public input into the 2025 Road Projects. The Trustees will also be going into Executive session to discuss the Realtor decision and Road Department issues.
- The Township Trustees will hold a Special Meeting May 20, 2025 at the Senior Center at 7:30 PM. The purpose of the meeting will be to review an offer or offers for the sales of the Third Street property.
- The Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on May 28, 2025, 6:00 PM, at the Senior Center, to review and consider Tax Levies for Fire and EMS services.
- The Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on July 1, 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Firehouse to discuss a Fire and Ambulance levy and set a date to open bids on the 225A Ensign Road paving project.
- The Trustees will hold a special meeting on July 29,2025 at 6:00 PM at the Fire House for the purpose of amending the Alternative Tax Budget 2025 to reflect the grant from OPWC and appropriation for the repairs of the Culvert on Housel Craft Road and considering an addition road project.
